In 2002, Chris Dancy was overweight, unemployed, and addicted to technology. Could knowing the status of every aspect of his body and how his lifestyle affected his health help him learn to take care of himself? By harnessing the story of his life, could he learn to harness his own bad habits?

Hello Hunters!
I'm in year ten of my collecting data and learning about myself and my habits. After a media blitz in 2014, a Showtime Special in 2015 and a TV special with Rachel Hunter in 2016, I was approached to write a book that is in stores today!
To that end, I'm launching a site where I review products and their #digitalwellbeing as well as giving away a section of my book to product hunt! Download Sample Chapter HERE: http://www.chrisdancy.com/sample
A lot of people ask me "Why Don't Unplug, doesn't that go against conventional wisdom"?
Well, yes it does! The problem with conventional wisdom is we have left no place for those of us who need to be plugged in for work, families or our society.
Where are the books on how to use technology safely, where are the stories about the challenges and triumphs of technology? Where is the book for the stressed-out Dad, the overworked wife or the tethered kids? Well, I wrote that book!
I hope you enjoy it and I'd love to answer any questions you have about my life and journey with technology! You can see an overview at the bottom of my press kit! http://www.chrisdancy.com/pressk...

Interesting hypothesis, and I like that you're challenging conventional wisdom with this book @chrisdancy1 . Congrats on the launch.
