Needs more convenience features like scriptability, flexibility, extensibility, especially for joining, managing, organizing or leaving servers or bots / apps. Support does not respond and did not let me recover my hacked account.

other than productivity it also helps with communities, good range of topic and bot variety. also good for calls

I use discord for my calls, as I am a web developer I use it a lot to do daily, meetings, etc.

Some latency issues here and there. And major user credentials breach just this week. 8/16

The UI progressively grows worse with update (which are slow to release). What used to be simple, clean navigation has grown into a bloated mess. The mobile experience is even worse...
