Hi Product Hunt! π
I'm excited to share DevLoom, a project I started after realizing how often I had to jump between different websites just to format JSON, generate UUIDs, validate code, compress text, or use other small developer utilities.
My goal was simple: create one fast, clean, and free platform where developers can access the tools they use every day without distractions, unnecessary sign-ups, or slow interfaces.
Today, DevLoom includes a growing collection of tools for JSON, HTML, CSS, SQL, text processing, encoding/decoding, code generation, and many more. Every tool is designed to be quick, easy to use, and accessible from any device.
This is just the beginning. I'm actively adding new tools and improving existing ones based on community feedback.
I'd love to hear:
Which developer tool should I build next?
What can I improve?
Which tools do you use most often?
Thanks for checking out DevLoom and for supporting independent makers! π
This version is more personal and invites discussion, which tends to perform better on Product Hunt.

Love that there's no sign-up required, that alone makes it worth bookmarking. One thing that would be great is a diff/compare tool for JSON and SQL side by side, super helpful when reviewing schema changes or query rewrites without firing up a heavier editor.
Thank you so much! I'm really glad you appreciate the no sign up approach that was a deliberate choice to keep everything fast and accessible.
That's an excellent suggestion. A side by side JSON and SQL diff/compare tool would definitely make reviewing schema changes and query rewrites much easier without needing a full IDE. I'll add it to the roadmap and see if I can bring it to DevLoom soon.
Really appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback!
I really liked the idea, so I went ahead and added a SQL Diff tool to DevLoom. You can check it out here: https://devloom.xyz/tools/sql-diff
Thanks for helping make DevLoom better. If you have any feedback after trying it or ideas for other tools, I'd love to hear them. π

A dark mode toggle would be a great addition, especially since many of us run these tools in long sessions and the bright interface gets tiring on the eyes.
DevLoom already has a dark mode. You can toggle it using the theme icon in the top right corner of the header.
If you had trouble finding it or have any ideas for making the dark theme even better, I'd love to hear your feedback. Thanks again for taking the time to share your thoughts! π

The fact that everything runs locally in the browser without any sign-up friction is such a thoughtful touch. Really nice execution on keeping it fast and private by default.
I'm really glad you noticed that. Keeping everything running locally in the browser, without requiring sign-ups, was a deliberate decision to make the tools as fast, private, and hassle-free as possible.
The goal is to help developers get things done quickly while keeping their data on their own device whenever possible. Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback it really means a lot! π
