Devizo turns a two-minute voice note into a client-ready quote, chases unpaid invoices on its own, and keeps a live read on your cash. Built for solo tradespeople in France, and ready for the 2026 e-invoicing mandate.

Hi everyone! I'm Adama, the solo developer behind Devizo.
I grew up around handymen, and they all had the same complaint: the work was never the hard part. The paperwork was. My uncle is a plumber. He'd finish a ten-hour day, then sit down at 9pm to write a quote in a spreadsheet he'd cloned fourteen times. Half his invoices got paid late and he never chased them — chasing feels like begging when the client is also your neighbour.
So I built the thing he kept describing.
With Devizo, you talk. Walk out of a site visit, record a two-minute voice note, and get back a structured quote with line items and the right VAT rates. You send it. If it goes quiet, Devizo follows up. If an invoice goes unpaid, Devizo drafts the reminder — and tells you why that client is worth chasing now instead of in three weeks. The dashboard is one screen: what came in, what's late, what to do today.
There's a second reason this exists. France makes electronic invoicing mandatory for every business in 2026. For a large company, that's an IT project. For a plumber working alone, it's a wall. Devizo connects to a government-certified platform, so that side is handled — and the artisan never has to learn what any of the acronyms mean.
A year of building this alone: Next.js, Supabase, Claude for quote generation, Whisper for French voice transcription. Everything hosted in the EU.
€59/month. 30-day trial, no card.
Happy to answer anything. Thanks for reading 🙏
A client portal link inside the quote would be huge. Right now I have to send the PDF myself and chase them to "just click confirm." If they could pay straight from the quote with a card or SEPA button, I'd skip half the follow-ups.
@greta_hale Really good catch, and honestly one of the most requested things since launch. Right now the client still has to click "confirm" and you're stuck chasing that. A payment button directly on the quote/invoice link is exactly the kind of friction we want to remove next. Its on the roadmap for the end of 2026. Thanks for your feedback that's super helpful for prioritization 🙏
@gildas_lim Quick one-tap access to company name/VAT number so you can invoice on-site immediately is a smart, concrete idea, we'll look into it. On pricing: happy to share more details if useful, feel free to drop us a line at contact@devizo.pro so we can follow up directly
Scribbled a messy voice note about a bathroom refit and it spat out a clean PDF quote in under two minutes, pretty wild. The follow-up on the overdue invoice happening on its own while I was off-site genuinely saved me an awkward phone call.
@macmiller This is exactly the moment we built Devizo for the messy voice note on-site, not the polished report back at a desk. Glad the automatic follow-up handled it for you without you even thinking about it. Thanks for sharing this, it's the kind of feedback that makes the work feel worth it !
Voice-to-quote feels like something I would have loved when I was running jobs on my own, and the automatic invoice chasing is honestly the part that sold me. Wish something like this existed three years ago.
@baron_rossetti Really appreciate this one. Solo tradespeople are exactly who we're building for, and the admin side (quoting, chasing payments) is usually the part nobody signed up for when they started the business. Glad it resonates with you !
