Design Arc is a Codex plugin that turns vague product feedback into a complete, evidence-backed design direction. It confirms the outcome, audits the real user journey, checks decisions against official platform guidance and optional Mobbin benchmarks, recommends the strongest path, and designs every important state before implementation. Human approval gates preserve control, while optional Google Stitch exploration helps teams compare and refine visual proposals.
How did Astra change the scope or ambition of what you built?

Astra really made it easy for me to create a plugin which would help the entire OpenAI community. Previously, it was difficult, and it had too many loose ends. But Astra made it very simple to conceptualize and to piece it all together. Now people can get great design at a very high success rate.

Hi Product Hunt! I built Design Arc because product feedback like ‘this feels confusing’ often sends teams into opinion-based redesign loops. Design Arc gives the conversation a shared objective, credible evidence, a recommended direction, and a complete journey—including loading, empty, error, success, cancellation, and recovery states—before implementation starts. The Codex edition is live today; Claude Code and Google Antigravity editions are clearly marked alpha. I’d love to hear where your own product reviews tend to break down.
