Hi Product Hunt 👋 As a designer, the last 20% of building a prototype is the hard part: dozens of small changes (padding, variants, layouts) and each one is a prompt. Then collecting feedback kicks off another round. I created Desde to make both direct. Click an element in your running prototype and you get that component's own props, the real sizes and variants from your design system. Change one and it writes the edit to your source. AI is there as a backup for fuzzy requests or large structural changes, with your own Anthropic or OpenAI key. A second app serves the built prototype behind a link, where collaborators comment on elements and mention each other. It's open source (AGPL-3.0), self-hosted, nothing to sign up for.
