Hi all. I work with medical devices (RT) and I kept running into the same gap: fixing DICOM tags, de-identifying and inspecting what's actually inside a file. No existing tool worked for me without issues, so I built my own, and it grew into a full workbench.

Everything runs in your browser and nothing leaves your machine. There's no account and nothing gets uploaded.

The tag editor is searchable and validates VRs as you type. The anonymizer applies PS3.15 Annex E profiles (HIPAA Safe Harbor, teaching files, custom rules) and remaps UIDs consistently across a cohort; it also handles burned-in text redaction and face defacing on head CT/MR. The viewer does 2D and 3D MPR with synchronized crosshairs.

All features available currently are free and will stay this way. It's aimed at research, teaching files and data prep, not at diagnosis; it's not a medical device. If you'd rather not use the browser, there's a Mac app on the App Store.
