DataLookout monitors ClinicalTrials.gov and sends daily alerts when trials in your watchlist change — new site additions, status updates, new competitors entering a disease area, enrollment milestones. Built for pharma BD, clinical ops, and competitive intelligence teams who track pipelines but can't justify Citeline or Cortellis pricing. Free tier, no credit card required.

I built DataLookout because I kept hearing the same thing from pharma colleagues: ClinicalTrials.gov has everything you need to track competitor pipelines, but reading it means opening one trial at a time. It keeps a full version history on every record. What it will not do is watch a portfolio for you and tell you when something in it moves. The enterprise tools that do that are priced for large teams.
So I built the thing I wished existed. Add a disease area or sponsor to your watchlist and get a daily email when something in it changes, with the before and after on each change.
Free tier is permanent (1 sponsor + 1 disease). Paid plans start at $49/mo.
Would appreciate feedback from anyone in pharma or biotech, or anyone who has tried to make sense of CT.gov data professionally.
