The results of Databricks's acquisition of MosaicML has arrived — and this is a big deal for the open source LLM competition judging by the performance of the model. https://www.databricks.com/compa...

That sounds interesting. What sets it apart from other OS models? The more competitors in the space the better so good luck!

Congratulations on achieving a new state-of-the-art with DBRX! I'm curious to know how DBRX ensures compatibility and scalability for enterprises integrating it into their systems while maintaining the high standards of performance and efficiency it promises. Excited to learn more about the impact of DBRX on the future of language model development 💯

@yasec_kowalski it only runs on the Databricks platform.

Really cool. Hopefully it will compete with gpt4 soon 😅

This feels like a huge entrant in open llm's. @chrismessina have you played around with it at all?
Chris Messina
@rajiv_ayyangar I don't believe it's usable unless you're a Databricks customer. It depends on their infra to be so performant.
