I see what’s happening to creatives in the marketing and advertising industries. A lot of junior to mid-level creatives, in particular, are being left behind due to AI, budget cuts, and the fast-moving pace of marketing and advertising. Using my background as an empathetic creative director paired with the certifications I've earned from the Yale School of Management, I want to be a resource aspiring creative leaders can look toward to grow their careers despite these new challenges. I have experience in agencies, in-house, and freelance. My goal is to distill recent marketing and advertising news and case studies into simple, easily-digestible takeaways you can share with your boss, your network, or your mom to help you grow.
