Still scrolling at 2 AM when you meant to be asleep? Curfew lets you make the decision earlier. Choose a bedtime and the apps, categories, and websites that keep pulling you back in. Curfew blocks them automatically every night and restores access at 6 AM, even when the app is closed. Once blocking starts, you cannot move bedtime later or remove blocked apps inside Curfew until morning. Essential apps stay available. Your Screen Time activity stays on your iPhone.
I built Curfew because I kept looking at the clock at 2 or 3 AM and realizing I was still on my phone.
Reminders did not solve that problem for me. By the time the reminder appeared, I was already tired and ready to dismiss it. Curfew lets me decide earlier. I choose what to block and when the night ends. At bedtime, those apps stop opening until 6 AM.
The part I cared most about was protecting that earlier decision. Once the block begins, Curfew will not let you push bedtime later or remove apps from the block list inside Curfew. Calls, messages, alarms, maps, and other essentials stay available.
Curfew uses Apple's Screen Time system, so the schedule keeps working when the app is closed. The seven-night report stays on the iPhone. We never receive or upload the apps or websites you use.
I would especially like feedback on one question: does the block feel firm enough to stop the late-night loop without making the phone stressful to use?
