Copying text into a chatbot just to fix one sentence is a broken workflow.
I got tired of it, so I built the fix into the apps I already use.
https://cuepilot.pages.dev
For months, I repeated the same routine a dozen times a day: copy the text, switch tabs, paste it into a chat window, ask for a fix, copy the answer, switch back, and paste again.
Every switch broke my focus. By the time I got back to Mail or Slack, I had forgotten what I was trying to say.
So I built CuePilot, a free Mac app that works wherever you type. Select text in Mail, Notes, Slack or a text box on any web page, press ⇧⌘A, pick an action, and the new text lands exactly where the old text was. It can read last n slack messages on screen and post a reply in the same language the conversation is in.
What you get:
→ Ten built-in actions, including Improve Writing, Fix Grammar & Spelling and Summarize
↳ No tab switching, no pasting, no lost context
I just launched it, and it is free to download. I wanted something that stays out of your way until you need it. I built this 2 years back as a part of Hackathon but never got enough time to publish it.
For best experience I would suggest to use gpt-6-luna from Open-AI
Which text task do you still copy into a chatbot? Tell me in the comments and I will share the action I would recommend for it.
