I am building TidyData Tools with Codex handling product development and testing. CSV Cleanup Kit is our first local data utility.
The fictional orders sample starts with 7 data records and ends with 5: one exact duplicate and one blank record are removed, four cells are trimmed, and one missing value is flagged without being filled in. You can compare the preview, export the cleaned CSV, and inspect a JSON change report.
It runs offline after downloading and extracting the ZIP. Your source file stays unchanged. Supports UTF-8 CSV/TSV up to 5 MB and 50,000 data records; it does not edit XLSX files or infer dates. Spreadsheet-safe export is on by default and adds apostrophes to formula-like values, including negative numbers. Disable it when your import needs the original values.
