Creator MAX is a Photoshop plugin I built for myself because the existing options for running Google's Nano Banana 2 / Nano Banana Pro inside Photoshop didn't fit the way I work. I'm a working creative and I generate hundreds of comps a week. Switching between Photoshop, a browser tab on Google AI Studio, a Midjourney Discord, and the Files panel was killing my flow. A few decisions that ended up mattering more than I expected: **You bring your own API key (Google, OpenAI, or xAI).** I do not proxy your prompts, your references, or your outputs. Generation calls go straight from your Photoshop install to the provider's endpoint, billed to your own account at the provider's published rates. Bielfor has no server in the request path, no telemetry, no usage cap, and adds no markup. This was non-negotiable for me: most of the agency work I do is unannounced campaigns where adding a vendor to the data-processing register would have been a deal-breaker. **It's $49.99 once.** Not a subscription. All updates are included free for life, the license is single-user, and it covers commercial work. Refunds are handled through Adobe Exchange. **Up to 14 reference images per generation on Google's models (15 on OpenAI, 2 on xAI Grok).** Drag-and-drop, paste from clipboard, or pull straight from the active Photoshop layer. Most plugins cap at 1–4. If you're working from a real shoot reference brief, 14 is the difference between "kind of looks like it" and "ships to client." **Seven models, switchable per generation.** Rough with Nano Banana 2 (fast, cheap), finish with Nano Banana Pro (higher fidelity), or jump to GPT Image or Grok when they fit the job. Per generation, not per session. Most of my session is on 2; the final hero shots flip to Pro. The cost difference at that ratio is real money over a month. **Prompt history with cost tracking.** Every generation is saved with its thumbnail, the enhanced version of the prompt (if you used the Enhance Prompt button), and the per-image cost. Click any entry to reload that exact setup and rerun it. Export the full history as JSON, CSV, or Markdown. I built this because I wanted to be able to tell a client what a comp run actually cost, but it turns out auditing your own prompt history is also how you learn the model. A few things I'd love feedback on: 1. **The settings panel.** Every section is independently hideable — Enhance Prompt, Presets, System Prompts, Thinking Level, Google Search, Lock Edges, Debug Console. The default is everything on, but power users tend to strip it back to the essentials. I'm curious what the median power user keeps. 2. **System prompts.** You can save multiple system prompts and switch between them with one click — "photoreal product", "illustration", "editorial portrait", whatever. This is how I keep a consistent look across a 30-shot session. Would love to hear how you'd use it. 3. **The Enhance Prompt feature.** Type a one-liner, hit Enhance, and a text model writes a production-grade brief (lighting, composition, material cues) before the image model renders. Runs on your key, defaults to a cheap Gemini Flash model, configurable per provider. A few things Creator MAX is **not**: - Not a Firefly replacement. Firefly is fine for the occasional fill; Creator MAX is for when you're generating dozens or hundreds of images a week and Adobe's credit pool starts costing real money. - Not a Stable Diffusion / ComfyUI replacement. Different workflow, different model family, different reasons to reach for it. - Not a service. There's no account, no login, no monthly charge. Buy it once on Adobe Exchange, install it, and the only ongoing cost is whatever your provider bills you for the actual API calls.
