The train isn't just making the timer more engaging—it's creating a psychological commitment to reach a destination. That feels like a different problem from helping people focus.

If users eventually tell their friends, "I finally found a focus app," that's one trajectory.
If they instead say, "I actually finished things I used to abandon," you've probably created something much harder to compete with. The product may look similar, but the category it occupies in people's minds is completely different.
Curious how the train imagery actually changes during a session, is there a set list of routes you cycle through or does it pull real-time maps of the journey?
How does the app actually decide when the focus session "arrives" so you get the stamp? Is the duration fixed or can you pick the length of the overnight route?
