Corravale is an engineering studio building custom AI agents and automation for businesses with repetitive operational work — agencies, recruiters, property managers, logistics teams. One workflow at a time: scoped in writing, prototyped on real data in 1–2 weeks, code handed over at the end. No platform lock-in, no invented case studies — what's live is our own production systems
We started Corravale because most "AI transformation" pitches are theater — a slide deck, a chatbot bolted onto a website, and no code you actually own at the end.
We're an engineering studio instead. We take one real workflow — intake, lead qualification, follow-up, proposal prep, whatever eats the week for agencies, recruiters, property managers, logistics teams — scope it in writing, and build it into the tools the client already uses. They see a working prototype on their own data in one to two weeks. If AI isn't actually the right tool for the job, we say so before getting paid.
No platform, no per-seat license, no lock-in — the codebase is handed over, deployed to the client's own infrastructure, every third-party account created in their name, not ours.
We're early. Right now the proof is our own production systems: an outbound voice agent that qualifies leads and books meetings (running as a public interactive demo), and an internal dashboard for running a fleet of AI agents. No invented case studies, no logos we haven't earned — client work will show up with real names once we can share it.
Would love feedback on the positioning and on where "engineering studio, not an agency" does or doesn't land for you.
