Maker here! Thanks for taking a look, I'd love any feedback. I thought I'd share some of my thoughts on why Corporate Vitamins.
Motivational is a bit of a misnomer by design. I look at these as a way to check against what is not wanted in an office culture. Lets use the "I'm Just A Number" example.
As a business owner, I'd NEVER want my employees to think like that. I would put this poster by the door so they would see it every day when they leave. I'd want them to look at it and do a gut check against it. Do they feel like an individual or just a number? If they just feel like a number, then come to me and lets talk and find a solution to why they feel that way.
The inverse would be to put a poster on the wall that says..."You are important" or something like that. My hypothesis is by having something very upfront that the employee needs to challenge by saying "No, I'm not! I'm a f***ing individual and I'm important" helps to call out an issue sooner.
@aarondfrancis I am from DFW but I'm currently traveling with my family in Europe so I'm using an address that'll scan my mail while I'm away. I'll be back in DFW in the fall.
I'm thinking of buying one and hanging it next to my Startup Vitamins poster just to see if they cancel each other out and create antimatter or something.
@themelamini I'm actually in the UK traveling and launched this at a Costa in Edinburgh. Spent the better part of a month in London working on this and another project I've got going. Being from the US, it has been awesome traveling and working in coffee shops.
