I built CORIOLIS ONE alone over the past few months. It's a neutral AI recommendation engine for planetary resource coordination - it runs a real multi-factor weighted allocation algorithm (OR-Tools GLOP linear programming, with a transparent fallback) across six shared-resource domains: ocean fisheries, carbon budgets, freshwater rights, forest carbon credits, critical minerals, and orbital spectrum.
The problem it's aimed at: every one of these resources has the same shape of failure. Several parties have a legitimate claim, the sustainable ceiling is usually known, and allocation talks blow past it anyway because nobody wants to be the one who takes the cut, and there's no neutral referee in the room. Example: in 1974 about 10% of world fish stocks were overfished. By 2024 (FAO SOFIA) that's 37%. The science was never the missing piece.
What it actually does: pick a zone, adjust the weighting (compliance record, historical share, equity, dependency), and it produces a specific allocation recommendation with full written reasoning - not a black box.
Real live data feeds several domains already (Global Fishing Watch AIS data for fisheries, live reservoir data for freshwater, CelesTrak orbital catalogs, mapped mine-site data for mining).
Where it's honestly at: Alpha, pre-revenue, no funding, zero paying customers. I'm not pretending otherwise. I'd rather build this in the open and take real feedback than oversell a demo.
