Sales executives say all the time: "the #1 most important thing for a manager is to be a good coach." But the reality is that very few are - in fact, most often someone was promoted simply b/c they were a top rep and/or it was the next logical step in their career. Coaching is not something that comes natural to many. Combine that with another reality: executives don't often prioritize coaching amongst their managers. They're more focused on revenue, pipeline, and the managers' ability to "report their numbers" up the chain. Products that address this coaching misalignment are few and far between. Pumped for this.
