I'm ten.x, maker of cool-buddy.
I built this because my daily loop looked like: Terminal A for SSH โ another tab for tail -f โ FileZilla for a config โ Grafana for CPU โ notes in a scratch pad โ then actually debug.
cool-buddy is my attempt to keep one machine's operational context in a single desktop window:
Connect via SSH (keys or password)
Run commands in the built-in terminal
Tail logs without leaving the app
Fix files in the remote explorer
Glance at CPU / memory / Docker
Ask the AI assistant with session context โ with approvals before risky commands
