@etienne_f1 keep in mind that all this AI -enabled, so-called "Audience+ targeting" on meta is only being pumped by facebook because their remarketing pixel is dead and they can't identify the website visitors anymore and so "similar audiences" is their fall-back position. What we're saying here is that we can go back to 2019 and just give you back your actual website visitor audience data, not some phony baloney fake AI audience that has never heard of you before. Don't get me wrong, Audience+ targeting (similar audiences) is better than nothing, but owning your own first party audience data with Customers.AI is way better than Audience+.

@jennifer_bellin yes 100% compliant with GDPR - though, our compliancy is achieved by removing contacts that are subject to GDPR regulations. I'd also add that this particular use case doesn't share PII - that we identify the website visitors, then securely encrypt and send to the ad platforms - they don't get the info in an un-encrypted format.
