Most meeting notes apps capture the conversation. Convoxa captures meetings. While Convoxa records and transcribes, you can type notes, snap photos, and add PDFs, all in real time. A whiteboard photo. A presentation deck. A quick thought. A document someone hands you. They don't become disconnected attachments at the bottom of your note. They become context, alongside what was being said when you captured them. Available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac. One meeting. Everything that happened. One note.

I built Convoxa around a simple frustration: meetings aren't just conversations.
There's usually a whiteboard, a slide deck, a document, something you scribble down, or a thought that has nothing to do with the words being spoken at that exact moment.
Most meeting note apps treat those things as separate from the transcript. With Convoxa 2.0, they become part of the meeting itself.
You can record and transcribe while typing notes, taking photos, or adding PDFs, and Convoxa uses all of that context to create one rich note at the end.
This is the biggest evolution of Convoxa so far, and I'm really excited to finally put it in front of people.
I'd especially love feedback on the core idea: does capturing the whole meeting, rather than just the conversation, feel meaningfully more useful to you?
