Hi Product Hunt, I'm Jamie, a solo developer from the UK.
I kept noticing that club players (me included) reach winning endgames and then throw them away. Openings and tactics get all the training attention, endgames barely any.
So I built ConvertChess. Start with the free endgame rating test: 10 positions, no account, and you get a rating to compare with your real one. Positions are checked against Stockfish and endgame tablebases.
If you want to go further there are 185 lessons, from building the box with K+Q to Lucena, Philidor, opposition and Q vs R, plus arcade modes like Convert It and Hold the Draw.
I'd love honest feedback, especially on whether the rating feels accurate for you. What did you get?
