I built Contract Facts to make reviewing long PDF contracts more practical.

When checking an agreement, important details are often scattered across different pages: payment amounts, deadlines, delivery terms, acceptance conditions and other obligations.

Contract Facts scans a text-based PDF and groups matching findings into categories:

Money
Dates
Obligations
More

Each finding includes a source quote and page reference, so you can return to the original document and verify the context.

A few important details:

Processing happens locally in the browser.
The scan uses code-based matching, not AI.
It works with PDFs that have usable text layers.
It does not replace legal review or determine the legal validity of contract clauses.

The goal is simple: help people find relevant contract details faster and make verification easier.
