Built this after finding a 70-point, 66-comment HN thread full of developers manually re-explaining their codebase to AI tools every session. Took way longer than expected six separate bugs, most of them environment issues rather than logic (a git hook that couldn't find git, a "file not writable" error that was really an internal write-check, binary data masquerading as text).
