Most profiles I clicked through did not have any talks added. There are a few sites that list conference speakers already. It's perhaps a good idea to only showcase those with public videos of them giving talks so users can check out how good they are before contacting them.

@yakovlevyuri No problem. Cool product regardless. I do not actually remember the name of the site, but have come across a couple of such sites in the past when I was looking for conference speakers. Sorry, I could not be of more help.
