Why I built this: After analyzing dozens of real estate deals across BRRRR, fix & flip, and buy & hold strategies, I realized I was wasting hours on properties that weren't even worth analyzing. I built Compstacker to automatically score deals so you focus on winners, not time-wasters. What's unique: Most tools are built for one investment type. Compstacker handles BRRRR, fix & flip, AND buy & hold with Monte Carlo simulations for each strategy. Instead of hoping for 15% ROI, you can see the actual probability across 1,000+ scenarios. No other platform combines MLS integration with advanced risk modeling across all major investment strategies. Most proud of: Building the entire platform in 4 months while working full-time. The Monte Carlo engine was especially challenging - had to model different risk factors for each strategy (renovation costs for flips, vacancy rates for rentals, market timing for BRRRR). Seeing it analyze any deal type in seconds that used to take me hours in spreadsheets is incredibly satisfying. What's next: Looking for feedback from real investors!
