ComplyLoft Redaction combines automatic PII detection with customer-defined redaction rules. Upload PDFs, arrange them in order, run detection across configurable categories (names, addresses, dates, IBANs, card details), remove flags that do not apply, review, and download a single consolidated redacted PDF. Built for DSAR and FOI response workflows, it can cut manual redaction workload by up to 90%. A human always reviews before release; it does not guarantee compliance. ISO 27001 certified.
One thing that would help our team a lot is adding redaction presets for common regulations like GDPR Article 15 or FOIA exemptions, so we can apply the right rule set without rebuilding categories from scratch every time.
dealing with FOI requests usually eats half my week, but the configurable categories were honestly a nice touch. just toggled off the ones we never redact and the detection ran way faster than i expected

The workflow looks solid for FOI and DSAR handling. One thing that would help a lot is letting teams save redaction rule sets per client or matter, so repeated requests with similar PII categories don't have to be reconfigured each time.
