Commit Kingdom turns verified coding time into a free strategy game. The open-source Tracker counts your minutes in VS Code, Cursor or JetBrains, never your code, and gives you clear reports plus energy to grow a tower, train an army and march on a shared map. Free to play with no ads or paid chests: energy, XP and troops are never sold. Kingdom Plus adds deeper weekly, monthly and yearly code reports and GitHub README cards. Android, iOS and the web.

Hey Product Hunt! I'm Poyraz, the maker of Commit Kingdom.
I code every day, but those hours never added up to anything I could actually see. Streak apps felt like chores and time-tracking dashboards felt like spreadsheets. So I built a strategy game where your coding is the only fuel.
How it works:
1. Install the open-source Commit Kingdom Tracker (VS Code, Cursor, Windsurf, VSCodium and JetBrains IDEs).
2. It sends only coding time, language, line changes, editor and the AI-assisted share. Your code, file names and project names never leave your machine.
3. Verified minutes become clear daily reports, plus energy, XP and gold.
4. Spend them to grow your tower, train spearmen, archers, cavalry and catapults, and march across a shared map against bug camps and protected rival towers.
A few rules I care about:
- Energy, XP, troops and verified minutes are never sold. No ads, no paid loot boxes.
- AI-assisted minutes count at half weight, and you always see your human/AI split.
- Kingdom Plus is about deeper code reports and GitHub README cards, not power.
It runs on Android, iOS and the web, with a desktop helper for Windows and macOS that installs the Tracker in one click.
I'd love your feedback: what would make you open a coding report every day, and what would feel unfair in a game like this?
