You found a thread full of how your customers actually talk. CommentGrab exports every comment and review in one click, then turns them into insight with your own OpenAI key: the objections, hooks, and exact language people use. Free, open source, runs in your browser.
Hey PH 👋,
Ever find a Reddit thread that's basically your customer research done for you, then catch yourself copy-pasting comments one by one into a spreadsheet?
That was me, every week. Reddit comments, YouTube replies, Quora posts. The good stuff, the exact words people use, was right there. Getting it out was the painful part.
Every tool I tried was single-platform, made me sign up, or wanted $45 a month and still sent my data to their server.
So I built CommentGrab. Open any supported thread, click the widget, and every comment and reply exports to CSV, JSON, or Markdown. Then you point your own OpenAI key at it and turn the replies into real insight: the objections, the hooks, and the exact language people use.
It runs entirely in your browser. No account, no backend. The comments only leave your device when you send them to OpenAI yourself. It's free, and the whole thing is open source (MIT).
Works today on Reddit, Hacker News, Steam, YouTube, Amazon, Trustpilot, Product Hunt, Etsy, and Quora.
I'd love your feedback. Tell me which platform I should add next.
P.S. If you've ever pasted a comment section into a spreadsheet "just to read it properly," this one's for you.
