For the last few months, I’ve been building almost exclusively with AI, and I’ve hit a recurring problem that isn't about code generation—it’s about architectural drift. My process was starting to look like this: A "Plan" that lives in a fragmented chat history across three different LLMs. A "Reality" that lives in my GitHub repo. A "Bridge" made of me manually copy-pasting code blocks just to give the AI enough context to understand what it already built. This is not effective. It’s technical debt in real-time. We know AI works best when it has a detailed, high-fidelity context of the objective. But I’ve realized that "context" shouldn't be a conversation input from a human—it should be a direct reflection of the codebase. Cognode evolved from a simple node-based planner into an agentic canvas that syncs directly with your repo. During the build, I added the 'Architect Log' because I realized that seeing the AI’s step-by-step reasoning is essential for maintaining control over complex builds.
