I had stumbled upon this blog post by @rrhoover about Email First Start-Ups: https://ryanhoover.me/post/43986..., so it's a combo of that and the joy of helping people do everyday things faster on their computers. I do plan on expanding out to more than just simple keyboard shortcuts -- like how to customize them, or how to use an app faster, etc. Another source of inspiration is this video (https://youtu.be/Ks2saa38Id4?t=1064) where Jason Fried says "the truth is, these days ... anyone can find out about anything, anyone can figure out how to do anything, so you might as well be the one to share that information."
