Congratulations - and amazing product! This is badly needed and bottom-up approach is spot-on. Not only at large cos (we struggled to keep costs under control at Palantir and Fitbit) but at startups as well, especially when they run out of free credits there's suddenly panic but no way to know what's needed and what's not. Metrics with low lag and high resolution are key.
