A vet clinic doesn't just have clients: it has patients, and each pet needs its own clinical history, separate from its owner's. ClicVet keeps a record for every pet with consultations, vaccines, weight and allergies, linked to its owner, and the clinical history can be summarized automatically with AI before a visit. Owners book through a link that only offers free slots within the clinic's opening hours, so the same hour can't be booked twice.
Around that it covers the daily admin: appointment calendar, sales, cash register with daily closing, expenses with VAT, services and products, vets with commissions and payroll, inventory, suppliers, WhatsApp and email messaging, search and reports.
