We built ClearVault because we kept running into the same problem over and over again. Companies migrate systems, modernize infrastructure, or consolidate platforms, but the historical data gets stuck in legacy systems or old on-prem servers nobody actually wants to keep maintaining or paying for. A lot of organizations are still maintaining outdated software and infrastructure just so someone can pull records during an audit, compliance review, finance request, patient lookup, or operational review. ClearVault helps companies retire those systems without losing access to the data. We centralize historical records into a searchable archive that’s simple, secure, and built for long-term retention. More importantly, people can actually find what they need themselves. No SQL queries. No digging through old databases. No waiting on engineering or DevOps teams to pull records manually.
