Why I built this: every day people paste contracts, client emails, payslips and medical reports into ChatGPT – names, national IDs, IBANs and phone numbers included. Banning AI doesn't work, so I wanted a simple step before the paste. How it works: → Paste text (or a PDF, Word file or scan). Personal data is replaced with labels like [PERSON_1] or [IBAN_1]. → The AI only sees the labels. When it answers, the labels turn back into the real data – on your computer. → Rules with checksum validation for national IDs and bank numbers in 17 European languages, including name declensions (in Slavic languages "Ana" also appears as "Ano" or "Ani"). → A small AI model I trained myself (~53 MB, runs via WebAssembly) catches names and addresses the rules miss. → A "known names" list for colleagues and clients that must always be hidden. → The Chrome extension does the same right when you paste into ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. No server, no account, no tracking – it works offline. I tried to be honest about accuracy: 98.2% of personal data found on real public forms and contracts, 92.9% on a blind test set, and the known weak spots (informal chats, nicknames) are listed in the public changelog.
