The user experience, overall sentiment, and interface design in Clay are world class. It is an excellent relationship manager that helps you consolidate contacts, take notes, and remember when to reach out. It has a lot of useful features, such as reminders, search, contact updates, and more.
I would like to see improvements in terms of bulk editing, sorting/filtering contacts, filtering out/archiving updates in the home feed, in-platform messaging/email, meeting scheduling links/embeds, more platforms (IG, Twitter, Threads, Polywork etc), native support for new contact creation for website leads in WP forms/popular form handlers, webhooks and integrations.
Clay is an awesome platform with huge potential, I highly recommend giving it a try.

Great feedback and feature requests too – we have been doing some thinking on filtering the Home feed, integrating more platforms, and bulk editing! Stay tuned.
The idea is fascinating! I like the fact that it connects to social media accounts pretty fast, and it automatically pulls out information about my friends through LinkedIn to complete the profile. It also pulls all the updates in one place. That said, I may not use in real life due to 2 reasons: 1. Nexus or the traditional search do not allow ambiguous queries, but rather performs searching by name, but if I already remember the names or specific information, I wouldn't need to search through Clay. 2. It does not always pull out accurate information. For instance a friend of mine is a techie named 'David', but Clay shows he's a Physical Therapist, and links his profile to an unknown person named 'Debbie' who indeed is a Physical Therapist.

In response to your first reason for not using Nexus in your daily life, you are indeed able to ask Nexus general questions about your network. If you select "More Examples" several times when you initially start up Nexus, you'll reach a page with examples of general network searches. You'll then be able to ask Nexus general network questions.
In response to your second reason, we try to enrich your contacts as intelligently as we can, but we occasionally mismatch a profile with the wrong data. In that case, you can visit that person's profile and edit it, either manually, or by adding a LinkedIn URL under "Social" when editing a profile.

I have a difficult time using Clay. I love a CRM, but this tool doesn't have the UI that makes it easy to engage and connect with individuals.
