GitHub is full of abandoned repos, star counts get inherited by every folder in a monorepo, and “best of” lists go stale in a week. The directory indexes Claude Code plugins, skills, agents, commands, hooks, MCP servers, and LSPs. Each listing gets a 0–100 quality score from public GitHub signals: Maintenance (freshness + recent activity) Popularity (log-scaled, so mega-repos don’t dominate) Documentation Manifest structure Trust & safety (age, license, issues, official marketplace) The breakdown is visible on every page. If a signal can’t be measured fairly (common in monorepos), we mark it N/A instead of scoring it as zero.
