The idea behind this is to replicate the in-store shopping experience with an attendant you can talk to. This is especially helpful for bigger ticket purchases or at times where you don't really have a great idea of what to look for. Claros plays the role of the attendant, handling the search and retrieval of products matching your query using semantic search instead of keyword.
