CiteSilo turns your company's scattered tools into one place you can just ask. Connect Gmail, Google Drive, Slack or any API, then ask in plain English and get an answer with a citation to the exact source. It only answers from your own data, so no made-up facts. Private by design: EU-hosted, encrypted, and never used to train AI. Free to start, Pro at €20/user per month. Built for teams who need answers they can actually trust.

Hi Product Hunt 👋
I'm Mohammed, the founder of CiteSilo.
Every team I've worked with has the same problem: the answer you need already exists somewhere, but it's buried in someone's Gmail, a Google Doc, or a Slack thread from four months ago. So people re-ask, re-explain, and redo work that was already done.
I tried the usual AI tools, but they either can't see your company's data, or they confidently make things up. At work, a confident guess is worse than no answer.
CiteSilo is my attempt to fix that. You connect your tools (Gmail, Google Drive, Slack, or any REST API), and it turns everything into one place you can just ask. Every answer comes back with a citation pointing to the exact source, so you can trust it or click through and check for yourself.
A few things I care about:
1-It only answers from your own data. No invented facts.
2-Your content is never used to train AI models, and never sold.
3-It's hosted in the EU, so your data stays in the EU.
4-It's free to start, and stays free for small teams.
5-It's still early. Assistants and Automations are in beta, and I'd genuinely love your feedback on what feels confusing or missing. I'll be here all day answering everything.

PS: the sign with gmail only can accept 100 people still waiting for the app vertification from google
Thank you for taking a look 🙏
the citation feature sounds like exactly what my team needs since we waste so much time chasing where info lives. one thing i'd love is the ability to save or pin frequent questions so new team members can get the same answers without needing to retype them or bother anyone.
@kymetrayw we can add a chat history and it highlight the questions.Consider it done :) thank you for the feedback.
Finally tried this after a colleague raved about it and the source citations actually show you exactly where in Gmail or Drive it pulled from, which is the part that usually breaks with these tools. Love that it stays in the EU too.
@ala83719984275 thank for your feedback have you tried the automation part? It is actually not fully broken for à beta.
