How did GPT-5.6 change the ambition or scope of what you shipped?

We use multiple frontier models internally, but GPT-5.6 significantly improved the quality and reliability of the reasoning behind our optimization engine. Compared to the models we previously used, GPT-5.6 produced more consistent recommendations, better distinguished between strong and weak evidence, and generated content edits that required fewer manual corrections. That let us expand CiteCue from simply explaining AI visibility into automatically preparing high-quality improvements that users can review and publish. It reduced the gap between “here’s the problem” and “here’s a fix you can actually ship.”
