Hello everyone! My name is Iñigo. I am a young Spanish entrepreneur, who started to carve his way alone at the end of 2020. After some years of experience in several multinationals and a pandemic in between, I felt it was time to start an adventure on my own. I am currently leading my project called "CIRQEL", an app that aims to reinvent the way we network, allowing users to integrate all their content in one place and connect with just one tap. It was always clear to me that when it came to maintaining or building new relationships, there was something missing. Something we have all experienced at one time or another and because of which we have lost a possible friendship or a potential opportunity along the way. There is nothing worse than establishing a professional relationship or friendship, forgetting to connect with that person and never hearing from him/her again. To avoid this situation from happening, we just had to add technology to this process. At CIRQEL, we believe in a future where everyone is connected and our platform bridges the gap between face-to-face and virtual contacts. I like how clean the UX is and definitely can see this is focused on a more "hip" audience. I've seen a couple apps / products like this show up over the years (and disappear equally fast), some even made by people I know IRL. One of the biggest challenges is that it's much easier to just add someone directly on the platform of choice (for both parties) than to have this extra layer of communication in between. Even with NFC-based products where it's easier than a QR Code (I've tried it as well), the biggest point of friction is the chicken-egg problem of adoption and it's only useful if both people have it. Without any additional value-adds, it's hard for one person at a networking event (where usually there is choppy wifi, battery draining, and the need to roll into the next conversation quickly) to convince the other person to download and use this kind of app. All the best and would love to hear your thoughts on what I've shared above (Maybe you have a different thesis?)

Hi @puneet_kohli , Thanks for your comment! Indeed we know that many have tried to land a concept that could replace or at least digitize the conventional business card. As you mentioned, the main reason why these projects did not succeed probably lies in the high barrier of entry that existed when it came to connect and exchange that information with another contact. At CIRQEL, our main objective has been to remove this barrier and facilitate the exchange of information wherever the place is. For this reason other users with whom you share your Link or QR, will not even need to have the app installed to view your profile and access all the content shared. Indeed, our value proposition is not just about improving accessibility. During the conceptualization process, we wanted to go a step further on the way to develop a tool that would be your main partner when it comes to socializing and networking. For this reason we wanted to empower the application with incredibly useful features that will leave no one indifferent. Some of these features are: - Our "Explore" section: We know you are familiar with the "Follow" function in each of the rss that you are already using, at CIRQEL we don't want to be less. Follow profiles of your interest directly through our platform. - It is very possible that you have been in the situation of not wanting to share the same content with different types of people...we know. We have designed a feature that allows you to decide what content you hide and to whom. - Surely more than once you've met someone and two days later, you don't remember where you did it or even remember what you talked about. At Cirqel we want you to be able to build strong relationships and for that reason it is necessary to remember all kind of details. Discover our personalized Notes section within each contact (don't worry, only you will be able to see them). - Can you imagine being able to know who is interested in you and visits your content? With Cirqel it's possible, find out who and when. - Many people regularly attend events and have no time to dedicate to open and share their data from an app. Solved, add your Cirqel Pass to your Wallet and share everything instantly. These are just some of the things you will be able to discover within the app. We are still in progress of growing and improving the platform, new things are coming soon.
