I love that I am drinking more water. I was told igbo drank more water it might help with my horrible migraines that I get. And since I have been using the cirkul i think NJ I've drank more water in the last month than I have in my whole life lol. Excited to see if it makes a difference in my migraines. But even if it doesnt it has helped me kick alot of my soda habbit (have to have some caffeine on migraine days) but instead of a ton of energy drinks and alot of soda I'm just drinking water repeatedly all day!! Very new and different for me! Excited to continue this water drinking journey with cirkul!!!
Pros:I'm actually am drinking water. I don't like water and since I got my cirkul i always refilling it!
Cons:I have only been using it for about a month so I haven't found anything I don't like yet
The only thing I could think of is a clip, so you don't have to hold it
