Your weather app shows one forecast, blended from several big computer models. When they agree, you can trust it. When they don’t, it’s closer to a coin toss, and you’d never know. Chorus compares ECMWF, the US GFS, Germany’s ICON and the UK Met Office and sums them up in one word: Agree, Mixed or Split, with a plain-English reason. Widgets show the verdict at a glance. Free for iPhone. Chorus Plus adds widgets, two extra models and 20 saved places, with a one-week free trial.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I’m James, a solo developer in the UK.
Your weather app shows one forecast, but behind it are several big computer models that often disagree. When they agree, you can plan around the forecast. When they don’t, “60% chance of rain” is closer to a coin toss, and no app tells you which kind of day it is.
Chorus does. It compares the major national models (ECMWF, the US GFS, Germany’s ICON and the UK Met Office, plus Japan’s JMA and Canada’s GEM with Plus) and sums them up in one word: Agree, Mixed or Split, with a plain-English reason (“Some models show rain, others don’t”).
A few things I’m proud of:
• Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets that show the verdict at a glance.
• A 24-hour chart with every model’s line, so you can see exactly when the forecast gets shaky
• No account, and your location is rounded and never stored
Chorus is free; Chorus Plus (widgets, extra models, 20 saved places) has a one-week free trial.
I’d love to know: is there a moment where knowing the forecast was uncertain would have changed your plans?
