The best website where you can find cheapest prices. I use it now as the main website for hotel booking, it just beats everything known before, easy, modern and cheap.
Update: STAY AWAY THIS IS A SCAM SITE
Site says 24/7 support but no reply to my change inquiry. Legal notice on the website says "Payment terms, including reservation deposits and cancellation policies, are specified at the time of booking and are subject to the hotel's policies." but no info at all nor at booking process nor in confirmation. Besides that there is no descirption of the room features such as info on bedding type while booking. Oveall very poor experience - thrown away my money.
Great service so far, site UI was pretty intuitive and booking process was a breeze. Customer Support was able to solve my issue.

I was looking for a hotel for my trip and found one here at the lowest price. After some time, I needed to change the dates, so I contacted support. They informed me that the hotel policy didn't allow date changes, but assured me that they would try to resolve the issue. After a while, I received a voucher via email.

I see there are pretty mixed reviews on other sites saying mostly about lack of support and whatnot, but my experience was pretty good, actually. I've booked a room about a week ago, and an hour later got an email from their support, telling me that they've been contacted by hotel, cause the room I've booked was not available, so I cab either get a refund or get a room in another hotel with a similar price range, sounded weird, but I've agreed for another room, cause I really needed a room for those dates and didn't wanted to get the same situation somewhere else. So I got a room in a hotel 100 m away from the one I've booked initially and not only that, but the room was better and I've got a promocode for my next booking as a token of apology. The reason I've used this site in a first place was that the prices where actually cheaper than everywhere else, for my booking at least, and yeah, I've ran into this issue with hotel availability, but the customer support is great and pretty fast responding too, think I'll actually will use this service again
In general, I was satisfied with using the service.
Low prices, you can make a reservation quite quickly, the interface is convenient.
My booking went without any significant problems, although there were some points that could be improved, but the customer support is quick to respond to questions and resolve issues. I remain in a positive mood and hope for further improvement of the service.
