At first I tried to build a full CRM with lots of features. Talking to real shop owners changed that. They didn't want another dashboard, they wanted replies that sound like them and a setup that takes minutes. So I cut most of the features, focused on connecting a Page in a few clicks, and added a free plan with 30 AI credits per day so anyone can try it.
