Most ecommerce tools focus on execution. Channel Cheetah focuses on decisions. It gives founders structured ways to validate ideas, set pricing, and prioritise growth using guided tools that adapt based on inputs. Instead of fragmented advice, you get a connected system that builds a clear plan for what to do next.
Hey everyone 👋
I built Channel Cheetah after noticing a pattern: most ecommerce founders don’t struggle with *tools*, they struggle with *decisions*.
What should I sell?
Is this idea worth pursuing?
How should I price it?
What should I focus on next?
There’s no shortage of platforms to execute (Shopify, ads, marketplaces), but very little that helps you decide *what to do in the first place*. Most people end up relying on guesswork, scattered advice, or generic frameworks that don’t adapt to their situation.
Channel Cheetah is designed to change that.
Instead of giving static advice, it provides structured, guided tools that adapt based on your inputs: helping you validate ideas, choose pricing strategies, and prioritise growth opportunities. Each step builds on the last, so you’re not just getting answers, you’re building a connected plan for your business.
The product has evolved a lot while building it. It started as a single idea validation tool, but quickly became clear that decisions don’t happen in isolation (they’re connected). That’s what led to the current direction: a growing suite of tools that work together as a decision-making system.
This is just the start, and I’d really love your feedback:
* What decisions do you currently struggle with most?
* Where do you rely on guesswork today?
* What would you want help with next?
Thanks for checking it out 🙏
