How many job opportunities get lost because two people speak different languages?

Someone has the skills. Someone else has the work. But they don t speak the same language.

Even when both want to move forward, discussing pay, tools, schedules, and expectations can become difficult. For someone who needs work today or help today that friction matters.

That s why I built automatic English Spanish chat translation into ChambaNOW. Each person can write in their own language, making it easier to ask questions, discuss the details, and decide whether the job is a good fit.

To me, translation belongs in the conversation from the beginning. Workers should be able to explain their experience, and hirers should be able to explain what they need.
