ChainMind is a decentralized intelligence network that routes AI jobs to a global mesh of community-owned computers instead of centralized data centers. Think of it like Uber — but for AI compute. Users send AI requests through a simple API. The network distributes the workload across idle gaming PCs and servers worldwide, returns results in real time, and rewards node operators with IQ tokens. No vendor lock-in. No expensive cloud. No centralized control.






I built ChainMind because I kept running into the same problem: AI is powerful, but it’s locked behind expensive, centralized APIs controlled by a few companies.
Every time I built something real with AI, the costs scaled faster than the product itself. That didn’t feel sustainable — especially for independent builders and early-stage startups.
The idea for ChainMind started as a simple question: what if AI compute didn’t have to live in massive data centers at all? What if we could distribute that workload across idle machines around the world and make it useful infrastructure instead of wasted power?
That question evolved into a decentralized intelligence network where AI jobs are routed to community-owned nodes instead of centralized servers. Users get cheaper inference, and node operators earn from their hardware.
The process wasn’t straightforward. It started as a basic API proxy concept, then evolved into a full routing system, node network design, and eventually a platform with models, billing, and compute orchestration.
This launch is just the first step. The goal isn’t just cheaper AI — it’s AI infrastructure that anyone can participate in and benefit from.
Built in iteration, shaped through experimentation, and refined with a simple goal: make AI compute open, distributed, and accessible.
