We built Celirox Store Operator after noticing how many Shopify merchants still manage important storefront workflows using multiple disconnected apps and manual setup. Things like upsells, discounts, preorder flows, back-in-stock visibility, and promotional changes often require constant operational work and repetitive configuration. Another major challenge was that merchants spend a lot of time manually checking reports to understand customer behavior, conversion drops, and growth opportunities. We wanted to explore a simpler approach where merchants could describe what they want in plain English, let AI prepare the workflow, and still keep full approval control before anything goes live. During development, the product evolved from simple storefront automation into a broader AI-assisted operational layer focused on workflows, operational visibility, and growth recommendations for Shopify stores.
